StableYield Disclosure provides business software for stablecoin yield disclosure workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the site, use the product, contact support, or start payment through NOWPayments.

Information We Collect

We may collect account, contact, organization, billing, support, device, analytics, and product workflow information. Product workflow information may include stablecoin names, chains, protocols, yield-source tags, regions, disclosure drafts, FAQ drafts, board-summary text, customer-email drafts, and due-diligence answers. You should not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, API secrets, bank credentials, regulated personal data, or highly confidential information unless a written agreement expressly allows it.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the service, generate requested outputs, process checkout events, respond to support requests, monitor abuse, maintain security, measure product performance, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and users.

AI-Assisted Processing

The service may use automated or AI-assisted processing to classify yield sources, draft disclosure language, summarize risks, and format exports. Outputs are drafts for business review and are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice. Customers are responsible for reviewing, approving, and lawfully using outputs.

Payments

Payments are handled through NOWPayments or another disclosed payment provider. We do not intentionally collect or store full wallet private keys, payment credentials, or payment-provider secrets. Payment providers may process payment identifiers, blockchain transaction information, wallet-related metadata, and compliance information under their own terms and policies.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics and security vendors, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and business successors. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling customer lists for money.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, legal, accounting, dispute, and legitimate business purposes.

International Use

The service is operated for business users and may process information in countries different from yours. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where we or our providers operate.
